Yes. Listing a space, posting a requirement and sending inquiries are free for everyone. Owners get the first inquiry on each listing free and pay Rs 500 per contact, or Rs 300 each with a 5-pack, for requirement contacts and owner numbers, plus 3 free credits for requirement contacts when their first listing is approved. Owner Pro (Rs 4,000 for 30 days or Rs 10,000 for 90) and Broker (Rs 9,900 for 30 days or Rs 24,750 for 90) show every requirement contact, plus every inquiry on the listings they cover (3 on Owner Pro, 20 on Broker; any more stay live and work like Free listings). Businesses can get an owner’s number for Rs 500, or Rs 300 each with a 5-pack.

Our team checks every listing and requirement before it goes live, and posting needs a Google sign-in. Phone numbers stay private until someone unlocks them, so you only hear from people who mean it.

Requirements show what a business needs — size, budget, areas and timeline — but not who they are. Unlocking shows their name and phone so you can call them directly. Pay Rs 500 per contact, or Rs 300 each with a 5-pack (Rs 1,500), or take Owner Pro or Broker and show any contact free (fair use: 50 a day on Owner Pro, 150 on Broker).

Report it from the unlocked contact. We call the number ourselves and, if it’s wrong or unreachable, give you a credit back (the same kind you spent) to unlock another contact.

A wrong or unreachable number gets you a credit back. Money goes back to your Khalti account when you paid twice for the same thing, or when Khalti took a different amount than the price: we refund the extra, or turn what arrived into credits and refund the rest. A featured listing shows first in search and on the home page, with a Featured badge. Featuring comes with the plans: Owner Pro features 1 listing and Broker 3, for as long as the plan runs. You pick which ones, from the listings your plan covers, in Settings & plan or My listings; nothing is featured until you do.

Nothing changes for your listings: they all stay live. Owner Pro covers 3 of them and Broker 20 (your oldest by default; choose others in Settings & plan). Every inquiry shows on covered listings: locked ones when you buy or renew, new ones as they arrive (a listing you switch to mid-pass shows its earlier locked inquiries at your next renewal). The rest work like Free listings, with the first inquiry on each free. Requirement contacts and priority placement work however many listings you have. Need more covered? Move to Broker, or ask us.

Yes — with our compliance partner Khatapana we handle OCR address updates, PAN/VAT amendments, registered lease agreements and trade permits.
